Obviously, I already tried that. He offered me tea, accused me of being cruel to a homeless man, and refused to tell me how many tripwires he had installed in the apartment.

I can only suggest forcible eviction, intervention or... regrettably, calculated retaliation.

He was sitting on my couch and having tea when I came home a couple of days ago. Said an unlocked door was as good as an invitation or something. My door doesn't even have a lock!
