schrodingersghostOkay, seriously, can someone please explain this thing to me? I mean, I saw a couple of very definitely dead people over the past week. I might be a C student, but I do know that death is kind of a permanent thing. And by permanent I mean not something you wake up and walk away from.
So why is everyone coming back? Is this entire city populated by zombies or ghosts or something?

I have also...heard of them, but I have not seen any. I am not sure where they would be originating from, as there is no Netherworld here...

I have always been half-ghost, yes. By definition, this makes me a youkai as well, though I can enter the Netherworld without issue. It is also how I can wield Roukanken.
Yes. I am the only Konpaku in service to Yuyuko-sama at the time, however.

These are...not the ghosts I am familiar with, then. Most are apathetic or lost outside of the Netherworld; otherwise, they are mostly pleasant to deal with.

I haven't met very many of them. The Dairy King helped me out of a trap once. And I get along pretty well with Wulf and Dora. And Clockwork, of course.
