25 Ghosts

Well, looks like yet another weird day here.  Anyone know what the heck these crystal things do?

[Danny picks up one of the crystals... and nearly drops the crystal from numb fingers.  That...  He knew that place.  It was the Ghost portal.  But before it had been activated.  And that... that was him.  In a white jumpsuit.

Wait a moment!  If he was wearing that, and the portal wasn't activated yet... Oh this was so not good.  With a panicked expression he awkwardly fumbles the crystal into his pocket and desperately lunges to cut the connection on the communicator.  He succeeds, but not before a muted scream echoes out of the crystal muffled in his pocket.]

I don't know why she turned out like that. I don't think the fruitloop really knew what he was doing when he decided cloning me was a good idea. No big surprise there.

I'm going to have to say he had no clue if the DNA messed up that badly. Or maybe the X chromosome got copied twice and the Y chromosome didn't? ... Wait, fruitloop?

All I know is that none of the clones were stable. Dani was the the only one that had anything like her own personality, and even she starts to melt every time she uses her ghost powers.

Yeah, the creep decided that if he couldn't have me, he'd just make a perfect copy. Definitely one of his loopiest moves.

That's... not stable? [Holy crap. Even if she doesn't use her ghost powers, she could eventually. Don doesn't mention this to Danny in the slightest, not at the moment, not when they can't do anything here.] ... No wonder why you consider her a cousin.

...Yeah. [Danny knows. Using her powers will make her melt faster, but she still isn't stable. There just... isn't anything anyone can do about it. Vlad wouldn't fix her, even if he knew how.]

Vlad Masters. Vlad Plasmius when he's a ghost. When he's human he has white hair and usually wears a suit. He really pushes the smarmy rich guy angle. When he's a ghost he has black hair that is kind of shaped like horns and red eyes. And he's still a creep. But he doesn't usually bother hiding it then.

He's half ghost like me, but he's had his powers for twenty years.

[Danny looks extremely uncomfortable for a moment.]

And he kind of has a thing for my Mom. And wants me as his son.

...But I don't think he would go after anyone else. He's always pretty focused on me.
