Heh, guess its been a while since I posted on this.  Things have been kind of crazy recently. 

So... How has everyone been doing?

[And, sure enough... Don has papers strewn everywhere. He was working on plans for Latimir's reconstruction. Don's still cleaning up when Danny arrives, but there's at least a seat for him now.]

[Danny walks in, hauling a large bag, and chuckles at all the blueprints. Didn't that feel nostalgic.]

[Don raises an eye ridge at the bag and puts his piles of paper down, going over to Danny.]

I told Knuckles that I could have gotten out of that hold even if Minato hadn't shown up. It isn't like that kind of thing hasn't happened before.

[He hesitates.]

But the thing is, almost every way I could think of involves abilities I can't exactly use right now.

So I've been trying to think up a way to escape if that happens again.

You'll... have to describe how exactly he was holding you in order for me to give you any advice. [Don looks concerned. He pauses for a moment and then...] ... Unless this has something to do with what's in that bag.

For breaking your promise. ... even if it's a good thing you did. You were supposed to not do anything stupid or confront him, remember?

Yeah, I remember. But I couldn't just let him kill Knuckles. Maybe its stupid, but I can't ignore a cry for help. Even if it isn't said aloud.

And... it didn't turn out a complete disaster.

I knew that he would underestimate me, but I guessed wrong on how long bringing that wall down would stop him. It really got out of hand for a few minutes.
