This city is called Discedo. As far as I know, all of the people on this world died from some kind of plague, so some surviving crackpot scientists started kidnapping people from different worlds to rebuild this one.
And naturally they put chips in all of us to block any non-human abilities. And run whacked out experiments.
Really? Huh, that's really similar to how things started in Econtra. Except we were kidnapped to fight the Entropi, the ones who had destroyed the Earth to save the remaining humans.
And just had shock collars to not over use our powers.
You really did get a raw deal! How bad are the experiments?
Bad enough. They seem to like mental stuff around here. About half the city spent a week seeing things that weren't there, last time they tried anything. And considering there's no electricity or running water and half the buildings are falling down? Life is tough enough for people even when they're not pulling anything.
Actually, for the most part, I liked it. I went there when I was a kid, so it kind of solved the 'home' problem and I got to see people I left a second time. And....it wasn't that different from home.
Mental stuff seems to be the norm. Econtra, Digital World, all of it loves to do stuff that doesn't really hurt, but is really....mind messy.
Except when you fell from ten stories up as a human fighting an Ultimate.

[Focuses on Danny.] And yeah, actually. From one you know, since Tucker, Sam, nor dad remembered anything about what happened with Dan after a trip to the future for Sam and Tucker, but mom was about to be blown up by the guy.
I broke my arm, was out for a few days, and had a bunch of scraps and bruises, but I was fine. [Holds up a hand with a Legion Flight Ring.] I got this in Econtra. It allows people to fly. So when I was introduced to the fact the Digital World NERFS powers the hard way with the Ghostly Wail, I was able to lessen the impact.
And Dan was supposedly in the Digital World, but he was gone by the time I arrived. I didn't hear about any incidents.
I heard about what happened when he showed up BACK HOME. Tucker and Jazz almost had a heart attack.
...it's trippy meeting a guy who shouldn't POSSIBLY exist while you exist, but that's Clockwork for you. Tucker thought he would have been gone completely though. Mind filling in what happened there?

...wow, you ARE behind. And...I really can't tell you how that happened. I needed to pay for a wish. I think. It's the only gap in my memory and I had to pay for it with SOMETHING.
Oh, it's definitely gone, but he's somehow still alive. He wouldn't explain. He just said 'let him help, or he'd blast us.' He had a gone to pick with Pariah and even HE wasn't strong enough to fight all of his soldiers and then take down Pariah.

He did. Pariah Dark had sealed away Clockwork somehow because he was pretty much tearing everything apart. Dan....kind of wanted to kick Clockwork's butt himself, and Pariah had to be defeated to release him to do that.
Haven't actually seen them since. Not sure what happened to them.
Probably. They left without some big explosions, so it couldn't have been too bad. I...was passed out by that point, so I didn't really get to see what happened.
