[Danny sits on his bed tightly holding a cloth to his shoulder and trying to clean the salt out of his shoulder. He'd made it back to his room. Eventually. Who knew getting shot with salt would hurt this much? He just lies there for a moment, breathing harshly and clutching his shoulder, before he forces himself to reach for his communicator.

This sucked. He just knew anyone he asked for help would freak out. But of course he just had to get shot in a spot he couldn't bandage on his own.]

Of course. Let's get it over with then.

[He refills it one more time, nods to Danny, and pours it into the wound when he's ready. Then Don quietly inspects it.]

I'll blot it dry and then we can put some fresh bandages on it.

No argument here. The sooner I can get this covered up, the better.

[And Don goes to get a disposable cloth out of the first aid kit to start gently dabbing.]

I'm just glad you heal faster than most people.

Yeah, this would be kind of had to explain to Mom.

It is a useful side effect. Even if its one I wish I didn't have to use so often.

I'd rather not be drug into that if I can avoid it.

Don't worry, if Mom ever does catch me like this, I just have to blame it on the ghost boy. She'll believe it.

That takes "blaming yourself" to a whole new level.
